Deposit

A deposit of 25% per person is required to secure a reservation. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your reservation.
Once we have confirmed your schedule, we will make contact with you to obtain your credit card details or discuss alternative methods of payment.

Payments and Cancellations

Bottles-Up-Diving will consider each cancellation on its own merits and may refund all or part of the deposit made.

Payment of balance during HIGH SEASON (01 Juli - 31 August / 15 December - 8 January):

The balance due must be paid to Bottles-Up-Diving no later than 12 weeks before your arrival on your travel destination.

In case of cancellation:

  • before 12 weeks you will receive at least 75% refund (see also deposit)
  • between 12 and 4 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
  • cancellation within 4 weeks of your scheduled trip: we are not obliged to make any refund

Payment of balance LOW SEASON (09 January - 30 June / 01 September - 14 December):

The balance due must be paid to Bottles-Up-Diving no later than 8 weeks before your arrival on your travel destination.

In case of cancellation:

  • before 12 weeks you will receive at least 75% refund (see also deposit)
  • between 8 and 4 weeks before arrival: 50% refund
  • cancellation within 4 weeks of your scheduled trip: we are not obliged to make any refund

Payment Options

Bottles-Up-Diving accepts payment in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), US dollars (USD) or Euro's (EUR) by bank transfer or Visa/MasterCard only.

Insurance

Bottles-Up-Diving strongly recommends that you have travel insurance that covers cancellation and scuba-diving.

Information on our website

We try to keep the information up-dated all the time, but keep in mind that prices mentioned on our website can vary slightly due to daily rate changes.

Loss of, or damage to, rented dive equipment

You are responsible for all rented equipment. Any damage or loss will be charged for. A receipt will be provided, upon request, for the repair/purchase of the new item(s).

Proof of certification

Bottles-Up-Diving kindly requests that you bring your certification card and up to date logbook with you. In the event that you have lost your certification card, please contact your certifying agency (PADI, CMAS, BESAC, NAUI, SSI, etc.) to ask for a replacement. If they are unable to issue a replacement in time, please forward to Bottles-Up-Diving a copy of the confirmation correspondence from your agency. If you are a PADI certified diver we can check your status ourselves.
